You may be able to renew your Tier 1 (Investor) visa.
You must renew your visa before it expires.
Your visa application must include any of the affiliates that your current visa includes. Includes children who have reached 18 years of age during your stay.

You applied for a visa before November 6, 2014 and it has been accepted
You can apply for a visa extension if you meet the following conditions.
- Have at least pounds 1,000,000 in the UK.
- You have invested at least pounds 750,000 (or 75%) of this amount in British government securities, equity, or equity loans with active British companies.
- You have invested all these amounts within 3 months from the “start date of your investor visa”.
Financial funding at your disposal in the UK
The total must include pounds 750,000 (or more) of the investment and pounds 250,000 (or account balance) to bring it to a minimum of pounds 1,000,000.
This financial budget can be as follows:
- The money belongs to you or your partner.
- Money lent to you by a British-controlled financial institution if you have personal assets worth pounds 2,000,000 or more.
You cannot combine two sources of funding.
You applied for a visa on or after November 6, 2014, and it has been accepted
You can apply for an extension of your visa if:
- Have at least pounds 2,000,000 in the UK.
- Invest this budget in British government securities, or equity stocks or equity loans in registered and active companies trading in the UK.
- You have invested all these amounts within 3 months from the “start date of your investor visa”.

Investment made within 3 months from the date of commencement of the investor visa
You must submit a set of investment portfolio reports by UK-controlled financial institutions to prove:
- You have invested at least pounds 750,000 in UK government securities or in UK business within 3 months of the visa’s expiration date (you originally obtained your visa under the Immigration Act, which was in effect before 6 November 2014).
- You have invested the full دو 2 million (if you first obtained your visa under the Immigration Act in force on or after 6 November 2014).
- This amount of investment is maintained during the validity period of your visa.
Your “Investor Visa Start Date” is one of the following:
- Date of arrival in the UK (if you have proof).
- Original date of acceptance of visa application or visa exchange to this category (if you can not prove your arrival date).

For each person, you must pay the following amount:
- pounds 1623 to extend this visa.
- Overpayment of medical services.

How long does it take

If you applied for your last visa before the expiration date, you can stay in the UK until your visa application results.
