Requirements
The requirements for a Tier 5 visa will vary depending on whether you are a contract employee or a creative and athletic individual.
Sports person
If you are an athlete, you must have a high level of competence in the UK.
You will also need all of the following:
- Financial support certificate reference number.
- Have pounds 945 in savings. This will prove that you can support yourself by having it in your bank account 90 days before applying for the visa.
You do not need 45 945 in your savings if you are fully approved (rank A).
Your sponsor has stated in their certificate of financial support that they will confirm (do) your support and you will not claim benefits during your stay.
Creative employee and artist
Requirements for receiving this type of visa:
- Have a unique share of the UK job market, for example if you are internationally recognized or need your cooperation and assistance.
- Financial support certificate reference number.
- Minimum wages set by (http://www.equity.org.uk/home/) Equity, PACT (http://www.pact.co.uk) or BECTU (http: //www.bectu). org.uk/home) is determined, to be paid to you (except models, musicians and circus staff).
- Have pounds 945 in savings. This proves that you can support yourself and have to have it in your bank account for 90 days before applying for a visa.

Certificate of financial support
Before you can apply for a job in the UK, you need a reputable sponsor to provide you with a certificate of financial support.
The Certificate of Financial Support is a reference number that holds information about your job and personal information. This is not a real certificate or paper document.
The sponsor will give you the financial support certificate reference number.
They should also give you other information to help you apply for a visa, such as how much you will be paid.
Your financial support certificate will be valid for you for 3 months after it is set up.
Change your sponsor
If you want to change your sponsor and transfer to another organization, you must apply for a visa again and have the necessary conditions.
Changing your sponsor does not change how long you can stay in the UK. You can only stay the maximum time allowed for this type of visa.
Frequent check-in and check-out (check-in and check-out from the UK)
If your job requires you to travel back and forth to the UK, you must ask your sponsor for a multiple entry support certificate.
Multiple jobs when you are an employee (artist and creative)
Your sponsor can provide you with a certificate stating that they will cover your entire stay, even if you need to do more than one job. If you work for more than one sponsor, you can get a certificate from each sponsor. There can be no more than 14 days between each job.
