However, to be eligible for this program, you must have a job offer from the Nova Scotia Health Office or the IWK Health Center.

Jobs in demand in Saskatchewan
Saskatchewan (SINP) has two programs (Saskatchewan Express Entry and Job Application Program) that do not require a job offer to be eligible, but candidates must (1) earn at least 60 points in the evaluation network, and ( 2) Receive an invitation to submit an application (which depends on the cut-off score and the job code or NOC code).
As of September 18, 2019, SINP has increased the number of eligible jobs on its list of required jobs to about 200. However, having work experience in one of the following NOC codes does not necessarily mean that you will receive an invitation from SINP.

Manitoba (MPNP) has an Express Entry program called the Manitoba Express Entry Route, in which candidates do not need a job offer to be eligible. However, they must have close friends or relatives in Manitoba to receive an invitation to apply.
