Immigrating to Newfoundland and Labrador has an NLNP Skilled Workforce Program that welcomes experienced workforce at all NOC skill levels with a guaranteed job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer to apply for a provincial nominee. An applicant for immigration to Newfoundland and Labrador must have a set of specialized skills that meet the needs of the employer and thus be able to receive a full-time job offer.

International graduates

Eligible graduates from institutions who decide to stay in Canada for a graduate work permit may be eligible to immigrate to Newfoundland and Labrador to enter the NLNP International Graduate Program.
